Hours and Appointments

Individual Sessions (Energy Psychotherapy/Emotional Freedom Techniques) are generally scheduled at my office in Kennebunk, Maine (approximately one-half hour from Portsmouth, NH and one-half-hour from Portland, Maine). Directions

Sessions are one hour in length; however, clients should plan on one and one-half hours in the event the session runs a bit beyond the allocated time or time is needed to regroup. If we are in the middle of a protocol at the end of the hour we will take the extra time needed to finish it in order to insure your emotional well being. You will not have to pay for this extra time. Fees for Professional Services

Appointments are generally scheduled between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. Early morning and late afternoon appointments are reserved for emergencies, for those who can’t make it at any other time, and for people who feel they need an extra session during the week. Extended sessions may be scheduled. Phone appointments may be scheduled in the early evenings - 6:00 or 7:00. Special arrangements are occasionally made for evening or weekend sessions.

Missed Appointments

Please give me twenty-four hours' notice if you are going to cancel an appointment unless it is for an emergency, illness or weather. Feel free to call me at home from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. if you need to cancel or reschedule. That number is 207-985-3708. If you miss an appointment for which I am not notified ahead of time I will ask you to pay the full amount. For my part, if I miss your appointment for any reason without notifying you your next session will be free. Fees for Professional Services
